The Fine Print
Check in: 3pm to 7pm. If you know that you will be arriving after 7 pm please let us know so we can make arrangements for a late check-in. Check out is at 11am.
We serve a healthy continental breakfast each morning.

Porters Landing Guesthouse is a smoke-free property, including the porch and outside areas. Those choosing to disregard our smoke-free policy will be subject to a room cleaning fee equal to the cost of hiring a professional cleaning service to come to the Inn to clean all of the furniture in your room.
Children are welcome ! However, please note that our property is not childproofed and we require parents to have their children with them at all times. We do not have high chairs, or a portable crib.

A note about our Covid Pandemic Practices:
We have heightened our already stringent disinfecting and cleaning practices for food handling and bedroom and public area disinfecting and cleaning. Until it is safe to do so, we are renting just one suite out at a time. However, for our safety and for yours, we ask that you please wear face masks in any shared area of the guest house. This includes the foyer, covered porch, & breakfast area.
Hand sanitizer stations will be set up in all shared areas.
Rooms will "rest" for a minimum of 24 hours before and after guests check out. After cleaning and sterilization (we also use a Ultra Violet Wand on all surfaces in the guest rooms), rooms are locked.
Room keys are returned to a basket in the lobby when you check out, where they will be sanitized and put into a plastic bag for the next guest.
A laundry basket will be in each room on check in. We would like the Guest to place their wet towels and Garbage baskets outside their bedroom door. We will collect the used towels and room garbage, and return a clean, sanitized basket to your door with new towels or anything else you may need.
We want you to feel safe & relaxed on your vacation! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you during your stay. This is a crazy time period for all of us, and we are VERY open to adding anything to our Covid Practices that will make our guests feel at ease on their vacations!
